Privacy notice

What I collect

When you send the contact form, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, business name, website, the situation you pick, your monthly marketing spend range, any message you write, and whether you checked the box for marketing emails. I don't take payments through this site.

The company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

How I use it

• To reply to your message and talk with you about your business.
• To send a proposal or follow up on that conversation.
• If you checked the box, to send occasional emails about small-business marketing. Each one includes a way to unsubscribe, and I stop when you ask.

I use your details to answer your request, and for marketing emails only with your consent. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Your message passes through the form service and email provider I use to receive it, and it's stored in my email account. Those companies process it only to deliver and store it for me. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep messages as long as I need them to respond and for my business records. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

• Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete the information you sent me.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them, or reply "unsubscribe."
• The marketing box on the contact form is optional and starts unchecked. You can send a message without it.

Depending on where you live, such as California, the EU or the UK, you may have more rights over your data. Email me and I'll handle your request.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this notice changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
